Why did you sign up for B.A.L.M. for Black Women™? What led you here (mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or otherwise)?

Which of the four pillars—Balance, Authenticity, Liberation, Momentum—feels most urgent for you right now? Why that one? We’ll explore each in depth as we move through the course. Answer based on your current understanding and where you are right now.

What would it look like to be well on your own terms? Try to describe that version of you: How do you move through your day? How do you speak to yourself? What shifts?

Where are you feeling stuck, burnt out, or out of alignment? Be real, but gentle. Self-grace is key.
