At The Millennial Black Professor® (TMBP Merch), we strive to provide the best quality products and customer service. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer store credit under the following conditions:

Report the Damage: Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to report any damage.

Provide Documentation: Include verifiable documentation of the damage. This can be in the form of clear, undoctored, non-AI generated images showing the damaged product and/or packaging.

Store Credit Issued: Once we verify the damage, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the damaged item. Please note that the store credit will not include shipping costs.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, we are committed to ensuring you have access to your purchased digital products. If you encounter any issues accessing your digital product, we are here to help.

Access Assistance Policy:

Report the Issue: Please contact us within one week of digital purchase to report access issue(s).

Provide Details: Include detailed information about the issue you are experiencing, including any error messages or screenshots if applicable.

Assistance Provided: Our team will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the access issue as quickly as possible.
